One case. All the work around it.
Keep the chats, source files, and working drafts for a case together. Come back when there’s more to do.
Start with what you have.
Give the work a home
Move an existing chat into a Case, add a few files, or begin with just a title.
Keep the pieces together
Add new reports and keep separate chats for each question. Assistant can use the Case’s context when you start the next chat.
Turn sources into a draft
Choose a template and source files. Review, edit, and keep the draft in your Case.
Between visits,
the work continues.
A report arrives. An owner needs an update. A follow-up raises a new question. A Case keeps those threads close to the files and drafts you’re working with.
Keep using your existing practice management system for the clinical record and clinic operations. Bring the files you want to work on into Plivet, then copy your reviewed draft where it needs to go.
Private by default.
Share when you choose.
Share a view-only link to the Case’s chats, files, and documents. Anyone with the link can see them, including future additions and updates.
Cases start private. Turn sharing off whenever you want to revoke the link.
A few things to know.
Does Cases replace my practice management system?
No. Cases brings your work in Plivet together. Continue using your PMS for the clinical record, appointments, billing, and clinic operations. You choose which files to bring into a Case.
Can I start with a chat I already have?
Yes. Choose Move to case from the chat’s menu, then create a Case or choose an existing one. The conversation and its attached files come with it, and you can keep chatting from there.
What can someone see when I share a Case?
Anyone with the link can read the Case’s chats, files, and documents, including content you add or update later. They cannot edit the Case. Sharing is off by default, and removing access revokes the link.
Keep your next piece of work together.
